2 hour Design consultation (Designer fees $350)

Ideal for anyone with a design dilemma, who needs a professional's opinion and concrete direction. We provide on-site suggestion for: furniture placements, window treatments, fabric & flooring selection, and paint colours.

A renovation project (Designer fees $75/hr):

Ideal for anyone who wants to design or renovate their new or existing space. We provide on-site preliminary consultation, project cost estimate, presentation & paper work, light & colour scheme development, furniture & floor selection, floor planning and layout, window & wall treatment, textile selection, and accessorizing.

We also offer our professional help with the following services(Designer fees $75/hr) :

• Color consultation & colour scheme development (selecting paint colours, fabric colours, colour scheme development for open concept homes, etc...)
• Furniture selection (purchasing the right size, style, and high quality furniture for you needs and uses, etc...)
• Floor Planning & layout (placing new/existing furniture to achieve more functional space and traffic flow, etc...)
• Window treatment (purchasing/ designing curtains, choosing fabric and colours to match the colour scheme in your home, etc...)

• Wall treatment (purchasing the correct paint colour & wall paper, using paint techniques to fix wall problems, installing sound proof walls and/or textiles, etc...)
• Light selection & lighting scheme development (installing the right light for your home to match with the existing/ new decor styles, etc...)
• Floor material selection (comparing materials' qualities, properties, benefits and pricing for purchase, etc...)
• Accessorizing (adding the final designer's touch to a beautifully decorated space, etc...) 
• Special occasion design for home and business (decorating a space for birthdays, showers, parties, corporate functions, fundraising, holidays etc...)
